Goal

A side hustle working with a venture capitalist to create a pitch for kids' ride-sharing app. Safety and trust were the two big experience goals.

This is now a fully developed kids' ride-sharing app called “Zum”.

The Challenge

Busy parents needed a way to get their kids to school and activities with drivers they could actually trust, without handing over control.

The Approach

I designed a mobile flow built around trust: vetted driver profiles with shared connections, live ride tracking with speed and route alerts, and in-app messages from the driver.

The Outcome

The concept covers the full journey, from sign-up and choosing a driver to booking confirmation, live tracking and rating the ride.
